The Shusha layout has not been mapped yet. It is an older DTP font with its own arrangement, so nothing can be reused from Kruti Dev.
There is deliberately no converter on this page yet. A converter that returns wrong Hindi is worse than one that is honest about not being ready, because you would have no way of knowing which letters it got wrong. Still to verify: Shusha.

About Shusha
Shusha is an older Hindi DTP font from the same era as Kruti Dev and Chanakya, and it turns up in scanned office documents and in files handed down through several machines. Like the others it is a font, not an encoding: the Hindi is stored as ASCII and only looks like Hindi when the font is installed.
Its key arrangement is its own, so nothing from the Kruti Dev map carries over. Until it has been read off real Shusha documents this page has no converter on it. Try Kruti Dev to Unicode if your document turns out to be Kruti Dev after all.
